ISO fire certifications for VQS Fire

VQS Fire Achieves Major Milestone With ISO Certification

At VQS Fire, we specialise in passive fire protection solutions that are designed to deliver outstanding results for organisations, close compliance gaps, and improve the overall customer journey. We are proud to announce a significant achievement — VQS Fire has successfully obtained certification for our first application and has been confirmed as compliant with:

  • ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
  • ISO 45001:2018 Safety Management System
  • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

The path to certification began with a comprehensive gap analysis, followed by a thorough assessment of our management system documentation — including policies, procedures, review records, and business context. The final stage involved a rigorous verification process to ensure the standards are fully implemented across all areas of our operations. This has ensured our certified systems and processes underpin passive fire protection delivery.

This certification marks a major milestone for the VQS Fire team, and we could not be more thrilled with the outcome. We are stepping forward with stronger direction, greater confidence, and a renewed sense of accomplishment. A huge congratulations to our team and leadership, whose dedication and commitment have driven us to this incredible achievement.

ISO Certification - What Is It and Why Is It Important?

ISO certification is widely recognised as a “tick of approval” that an organisation is operating in line with internationally recognised standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). These standards are designed to promote best practice in safety, efficiency, sustainability, and quality across a wide range of industries.

Each ISO standard focuses on specific aspects of business performance. For VQS Fire, pursuing and achieving multiple ISO certifications demonstrates our commitment to operating responsibly, delivering quality outcomes, and maintaining our corporate social responsibility.

Gaining and maintaining ISO certification is not a one-off exercise. It requires ongoing compliance, structured operating procedures, and regular audits from ISO representatives. This process ensures that our services remain safe, consistent, efficient, and environmentally responsible at all times.

At VQS Fire, we understand that ISO certification is more than just a benchmark — it’s a reflection of our dedication to excellence. Our ISO 9001 certification, for example, ensures our quality management systems continually meet customer expectations, solve challenges effectively, and deliver dependable results.

This achievement reinforces our position as a trusted provider in the passive fire protection industry and underscores our mission to deliver the highest standards of service and customer care.
